    + Construct, install, and repair structures using wood, steel, and concrete

    + Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise builds

    + Perform framing, drywall installation, and both rough and finish carpentry

    + Measure, cut, and assemble materials with accuracy

    + Operate a wide range of tools and equipment safely and efficiently

    + Solid experience in carpentry and general construction

    + Proficiency in framing, drywall, and concrete work

    + Ability to read blueprints and schematics

    + Experience in commercial construction is a plus
