Job Title: HVAC Installer Lead
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer Lead to expertly manage the installation of new HVAC equipment and removal of old units. You will be responsible for ensuring that installations are performed correctly while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
+ Install furnaces, RTUs, air handlers, AC units, mini splits, thermostats, and water tanks.
+ Perform duct work and sheet metal tasks.
+ Interact with customers to ensure installations meet their expectations.
+ Lead and train a helper on HVAC installation techniques.
Essential Skills
+ 5 years of experience as an HVAC Install Technician in residential, commercial, or both settings; 10 years plus is ideal.
+ Proficiency in HVAC installation, diagnosis, and customer service.
+ EPA Certification.
+ Experience leading and training a team member.
+ Possession of own tools and a clean driving record.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ NATE Certification is preferred.
+ Experience with refrigeration systems.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sterling Heights, Michigan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $36.00/hr.
