Job Title:** **Fabricator and Welder

**Location:** Orlando, FL 32837

**Pay:** $21–$28/hour (based on experience and weld test)

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

**Additional Hours:** Approximately 2 out of 4 weekends per month; up to 70 hours/week depending on project and order volume

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled **Fabricator and Welder** to join our team in Orlando, FL. This position focuses primarily on **TIG welding thin-walled aluminum tubing** for the fabrication of sign frames and temporary structures used in shows and events. The ideal candidate will have strong fabrication skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.

Key Responsibilities

+ Perform TIG welding on aluminum ranging from 1/4 inch to 0.009 inches thick

+ Fabricate structures from raw materials prior to assembly

+ Conduct minor MIG welding on steel components

+ Read and interpret blueprints

+ Operate CNC machinery including press brake, lathe, mill, and shear

Required Skills

+ Proficiency in TIG welding, especially on thin aluminum

+ Ability to fabricate from scratch

+ Experience with MIG welding on steel

+ Strong blueprint reading skills

+ Familiarity with CNC machinery and fabrication tools

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience operating press brakes

+ Experience with CNC machining

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $28.00/hr.
