+ **Night Shift:** $31.59/hr + $1.25/hr shift differential

Job Overview

We’re hiring **experienced Maintenance Technicians** to support operations in a clean, refrigerated food production environment. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring equipment runs efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

+ Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment

+ Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues

+ Assist with installation and setup of new machinery

+ Maintain accurate records of repairs and preventive maintenance

+ Collaborate with production and QA teams to minimize downtime

+ Follow safety and sanitation protocols at all times

Required Qualifications

+ **3–5 years** of mechanical maintenance experience

+ **1–2 years** of electrical maintenance experience

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment

+ Ability to work in a refrigerated environment and follow strict sanitation guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience in the **food manufacturing industry**

+ **Knowledge of PLC systems (Allen Bradley)** is a plus

+ Strong communication and teamwork skills

+ All employees wear hair nets, facial hair guards, shoe covers, and hearing protection

+ Spacious work areas with up to 10 team members nearby

+ Attire exposed to chemicals or product remains on-site for sanitation compliance

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.

Union plant - Contract is up in April, will be an extension, wages will increase.
