Job Title: Order Picker

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for picking and pulling orders from the racks at the distribution facility. Training will be provided on the process. Additional duties include loading and unloading trucks, using an RF scanner to scan materials, and operating forklifts, reach trucks, and stacker lifts. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

+ Pick and pull orders from racks at the distribution facility.

+ Load and unload trucks.

+ Use an RF scanner to scan materials.

+ Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and stacker lifts.

+ Handle materials and perform general labor tasks.

+ Perform inventory checks and manage order picking.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with forklifts and reach trucks.

+ Competence in order picking and inventory management.

+ Proficiency in using RF scanners.

+ Capability to perform general labor and material handling.

+ Experience in loading and unloading trucks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with pallet jacks and scissor lifts.

+ Experience in paperwork related to order pulling.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pell City, Alabama.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
