Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure the proper operation of vital plant equipment, including bioreactors, centrifuges, refrigeration equipment, freeze dryers, spray dryers, boilers, chillers, make-up air units, HVAC systems, air compressors, backup generators, and blenders.
Responsibilities
+ Maintain and ensure the efficient operation of plant equipment.
+ Conduct regular troubleshooting and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems.
+ Install and maintain plant floor mechanical and electrical systems.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and mechanical maintenance.
+ Experience as a maintenance technician.
+ 0-5 years of experience in installing and maintaining plant floor mechanical and electrical systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ A 2-year degree or certificate in Industrial Maintenance Technician or a similar program.

Work Environment
The role requires the ability to sit or stand and move about the facility regularly. You will be exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, fumes, heat, and odors. The production environment is not temperature controlled, so exposure to both hot and cold working conditions is to be expected. The expected schedule is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Franklin, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
In addition to your base compensation, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus totaling $2,500. This bonus will be paid out in two installments: $1,250 will be paid after three (3) months of employment, and the remaining $1,250 will be paid after six (6) months of employment.
• In 2025, you will receive a prorated rate of 2 weeks of vacation time, accruing at 3.077 hours per pay period. Additionally, you’ll have 40 hours of PTO (Personal Time Off) to use as you wish. For 2026, you will have the full 80 hours of vacation time available, as well as 40 hours of PTO (Personal Time Off) to utilize.
• You also have the option to purchase up to 40 extra hours of vacation time, in addition to our paid holidays.
