Job Title: Organizer/Tote Loader

Job Description

The Organizer/Tote Loader plays a vital role in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. This position is responsible for staging packed totes by route or zone, preparing pallets for outbound shipment, and ensuring the warehouse floor is orderly.

Responsibilities

+ Maintain a clean and organized warehouse floor.

+ Stage packed totes according to route or zone.

+ Prepare pallets for outbound shipments.

+ Follow standard operating procedures and supervisor instructions.

Essential Skills

+ Loading and unloading

+ General labor experience

+ Physical stamina to walk, bend, reach, and grasp for extended periods.

+ Strength to lift up to 40 lbs.

+ Basic math skills

+ English literacy

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Attention to detail in organizing totes and pallets.

+ Experience in warehouse or logistics is preferred but not required.

Work Environment

The role is set in an active warehouse environment that is physically demanding, involving continuous movement. Work may take place in cooler or ambient temperature zones. Shifts are available on Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday, Tuesday, Friday in the evening.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clifton, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.49 - $15.49/hr.
