_Lead Carpenter – Weekly Pay- Start ASAP_

_Location: Sioux Falls, SD_

_Employment Type: Full-Time_

_Pay: $35/hour_

_We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Carpenter to oversee and execute residential construction projects. This role requires advanced carpentry skills, leadership capabilities, and a strong understanding of custom home building. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about quality craftsmanship._

_Key Responsibilities:_

+ _Lead and manage on-site carpentry crews_

+ _Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications_

+ _Perform framing, trim work, cabinetry, and other finish carpentry tasks_

+ _Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget_

+ _Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism_

+ _Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients_

+ _Train and mentor junior carpenters_

_Qualifications:_

+ _5+ years of residential carpentry experience_

+ _Proven leadership in managing crews and job sites_

+ _Proficiency in using hand and power tools_

+ _Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations_

+ _Ability to read and interpret construction documents_

+ _Excellent problem-solving and communication skills_

+ _Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation_

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
