Traveling Concrete Finisher for New Mexico Projects

This job will be 100% travel commitment for jobs across the state. This will be outdoor work.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Finishers with experience in forming, pouring, and finishing concrete pads. This role involves working outside for an industrial solar project to ensure high-quality concrete surfaces that meet structural standards.

+ Prepare work sites by setting forms and ensuring proper grading and compaction

+ Mix, pour, and spread concrete for pads, ensuring correct consistency and placement

+ Use hand and power tools to smooth, level, and finish surfaces to required specifications

+ Apply curing compounds and sealants as needed

+ Monitor weather conditions and adjust techniques accordingly

+ Repair and patch existing concrete pads when necessary

+ Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

+ Follow safety protocols and site regulations at all times

Skills & Qualifications

+ Must have recent 3-4 years in concrete work

+ Proven experience as a concrete finisher, especially with pads

+ Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

+ Familiarity with concrete finishing tools and techniques

+ Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

+ Reliable transportation to job sites

+ References from previous employers

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
