    Description

    We are looking for a meticulous Human Resources Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Yakima, Washington for a special project.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

    • Organize and maintain office documentation, including employee records and departmental files.

    • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

    • Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and other tools as needed.

    • Collaborate with team members to support various HR initiatives and activities.

    • Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies regarding sensitive information.

    Requirements

    • Basic understanding of Human Resources on boarding and administration.

    • Proficiency in working with I-9 forms and general HR compliance duties

    • Strong organizational skills and experience in maintaining office operations.

    • Accurate data entry abilities and attention to detail.

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
