    Job Description​

    Saint Luke’s Health System is seeking an Armed Security Officer to join our team. You will be required be required to travel in a company vehicle to various health system locations. This officer is also involved in the badge provisioning process (making badges, adding access, delivering badges). Other duties as assigned by security leadership.

     

    Individuals must be 21 years or older to work in this position.

     

    Shift: Monday - Friday 5:45am- 2:15pm

    The Opportunity:

    Saint Luke’s Health System's Corporate office is seeking an Armed Security Officer to join our team. You will be required to know all aspects of security, including: patrolling, approved security responses, and reporting incidents/issues according to department procedures, and access control.

     

    + Assists employees patients and visitors with parking needs controlling entrances and exits to parking lots

    + Patrols corporate campus and reports safety security issues according to department procedures

    + Provides personal escorts and other routine security services to employees patients and visitors

    + Prints badges, provisions access, and delivers badges to the various entities.

     

    We are looking for someone that is excited about working with people and has a positive attitude. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, willingness to work, is adaptable and eager to learn. This position will require you to work autonomously as well as with a team.

    Armed Private Officer Commission KCPD - KCPD Board of Police Commissioners, Basic Life Support RQI - Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI), Driver's License - Various
