Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Human Resources Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated HR operations analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to actively lead and manage the HR functions associated with the role.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Jason Bates, the person in this role will support the Human Resources department's objectives.
What you’ll be doing
+ Workday Administrator for TMMMO and TMMTN
+ Liaison for vendor contracts, Human Resources, and Procurement.
+ Support Hourly Compensation Programs
+ Lead and support Morale Activities
+ Coordinate Team Member Recognition Program
+ Lead and support HR/HRD Hoshin Projects
What you bring
+ High school diploma
+ 2+ years within manufacturing environment
+ 1+ years of experience using Workday HRIS
+ Prior experience using Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc)
+ Prior experience creating PowerPoint presentations
+ Prior experience creating purchase orders in SAP or similar system
+ Prior experience completing I-9 forms
+ Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% of the time to the TN facility.

+ A TBP Problem-solving mindset: Identifying trends and proposing solutions
+ Previous experience handling sensitive employee data with discretion
+ Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environment
+ Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
+ Experience using Ariba
