Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to the learning and education efforts of a large enterprise tech company. This position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates who can work within EST or CST hours and occasionally come onsite in Massachusetts or Texas.
Responsibilities
+ Perform general office duties, including bookkeeping, travel and expenditures, and calendar management.
+ Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization.
+ Maintain storage and retrieval of all project communications, data, and business metrics.
+ Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements.
+ Set up project and work breakdown structures.
+ Establish and document business processes.
+ Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against potential budget overruns, and offer solutions.
+ Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in calendar management for a senior executive.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in stakeholder management, particularly with VPs and CVPs.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in business and finance management.

+ Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
+ Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
+ Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
+ Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
+ Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
+ Previous experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
+ Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field required.
+ 5-7 years of experience required.
+ Former experience in an EA/BPM/PM role is preferred.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position with candidates expected to work within EST or CST hours. The role may require coming onsite 2-3 days a week in either Burlington, MA, or Las Colinas, TX. The typical workweek is 40 hours, with no overtime anticipated. The role may require occasional flexibility to accommodate global time zones, and travel is expected once or twice a quarter, both domestically and internationally. The supplier will provide a standard laptop for this position.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $41.00/hr.
