Summary:
Our Fluids North America team plays a critical role in driving business performance and organizational success. As the Division Human Resources Director, you’ll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering closely with senior leadership to shape the division's future. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role where you’ll influence culture, coach leaders, and drive talent strategies across a multi-site, growth-oriented business.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Partner with the VP/GM and leadership team to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
+ Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives.
+ Coach and influence leaders to build strong teams, improve effectiveness, and grow talent.
+ Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and change management efforts.
+ Oversee compensation planning, job evaluations, and performance management processes.
+ Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and HR policies.
+ Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the division.
+ Provide hands-on HR support to leaders and employees across multiple U.S. sites.
Qualifications & Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
+ 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in a multi-site manufacturing or industrial environment.
+ Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
+ Strong experience in talent planning, coaching, employee relations, and organizational development.
+ Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels.
+ Experience working in decentralized or matrixed organizations is a plus.
+ Willingness to travel ~20-25%.
