Body Shop/Collision Manager Responsibilities:
Direct and schedules the work of all body shop employees.
Forecasts goals and objectives for the department.
Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the body shop.
Implements aggressive marketing plan to increase body shop business.
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers, vendors and insurance adjusters to encourage repeat and referral business.
Prepares final billing for completed repairs orders.
Attends company meetings, pertinent training on request and as needed.
Follows the Code of Business Ethics and Conduct.
Other duties as assigned.
Body Shop/Collision Manager Requirements:
Education
High school diploma or the equivalent, Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent and five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Licenses or Certificates
Valid driver's license is required.
CDL and DOT medical card is mandatory if vehicle is to be driven off of dealership premises.
