About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a **Senior Lead Data Management Analyst** within **Commercial Banking Operations (CBO)** to support FRY14 data quality, reporting and regulatory remediation and implement sustainable CBO booking & servicing processes and controls going forward. This individual will be responsible for executing FRY14 deliverables and remediating defects on time in coordination with the CB Data Team, CBO Production SMEs, and BCMs.
In this role, you will:
+ Stakeholder Engagement & Support:
+ Serve as a liaison to CBO teams, addressing inquiries related to FRY14 data elements, procedures, controls, defects, issues, and operational risk events (OREs).
+ Provide timely support for oversight testing and requests from CBL, DMI, Audit, COSO, Integration Testing & Validation, and regulatory bodies.
+ Issue Resolution & Root Cause Analysis:
+ Partner with Commercial Bank Data and CBO Booking and Servicing teams to identify and resolve root causes of FRY14 data defects and issues.
+ Relationship Management:
+ Build and maintain strong partnerships across CBO Booking and Servicing, CIBLO, Commercial Bank Lending, Corporate Investment Banking, Business Controls
+ Management Governance & Policy Advocacy:
+ Guide process owners on executing data controls in compliance with policy standards.
Required Qualifications:
+ 7+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ Strong data management, project / process management and communication skills (written and verbal).
+ Wholesale loan Fulfillment and/or Servicing experience.
+ Knowledge of Loan Accounting Systems of Record (e.g., LIQ, AFS) and other wholesale systems (PBC, LVT, IHUB, WCDIR).
+ Ability to apply Wholesale Loan and Data Management knowledge to collaborate with CBO Production Subject Matter Experts to resolve defects and issues
+ Willingness and ability to advocate on behalf of CBO to implement and influence DMI Policy and Standards.
+ Desire to increase knowledge of Wholesale Loan Processing (e.g., people, process, technology, data, controls, defects/issues, etc.) and data management policy and standards.
+ Organized, inquisitive, problem-solver who is self-motivated and takes a proactive approach to relationship-building.
+ Experience in FRY14, and other regulatory reporting.
Job Expectations:
+ Ability to work a hybrid schedule.
+ Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.
