    About the Role:

    We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Global Employee Benefits Data Coordinator to support two strategic initiatives that span across 40+ countries. If you thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and enjoy working with international teams, this is your opportunity to make a global impact.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Global Employee Benefits Benchmarking

    + Collaborate with regional insurers, brokers, and internal stakeholders to gather policy documentation and benefits materials.

    + Coordinate with external benchmarking vendors to ensure timely and complete data delivery.

    + Track progress, follow up on outstanding items, and resolve data gaps or inconsistencies.

    + Maintain organized records of communications and documentation.

    2. Benefits Platform Implementation

    + Support data collection for the rollout of a global employee benefits platform.

    + Partner with country contacts to gather information on insured benefits, leave policies, allowances, wellbeing programs, and retirement plans.

    + Ensure data is properly structured and formatted for platform integration.

    + Identify and escalate issues that may impact implementation timelines.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree required.

    + Solid understanding of global employee benefits (insured benefits, leave, allowances, wellbeing, retirement).

    + Experience working with international stakeholders and vendors.

    + Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Ability to anticipate project needs and connect the dots proactively.

    + Strong communication and follow-up skills.

    + Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

    + Proficiency in data management tools.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $150.00 - $180.00/hr.

     

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
