Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our enablement and operations organization, overseeing the end-to-end process for trainings, certifications, and other learning initiatives. You will work closely with a team of engineers, project managers, and product designers.
Responsibilities
+ Manage calendars for three directors, ensuring high attention to accuracy, timeliness, conflict resolution, and alignment with leaders' priorities.
+ Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, with minimal domestic travel expected.
+ Reconcile expenses accurately and timely.
+ Provide logistical support for onsite and offsite meetings/events, including Townhalls, Morale Events, Team Training, and Leadership Offsites.
+ Oversee team headcount processes, organization employee data maintenance, and security group ownership.
+ Support space management, office moves, new hire setup, onboarding, and procurement of equipment and supplies.
+ Ensure compliance with administrative operations policies and procedures.
+ Provide coverage for GM's calendar and team rhythm of business (ROB) when necessary.
+ Maintain Teams, DLs, SharePoint sites, and other team tools for communication.
+ Undertake special projects as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years experience with complex calendaring in Outlook.
+ 3+ years experience with travel and expense submissions/reports.
+ 2+ years experience with team support such as updating distribution lists and document ownership.
+ Proficiency with productivity software including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel.
+ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
+ Effective organizational and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Knowledge of internal applications such as Employee Central, HR Insights, MyExpense, MyOrder, ProcureWeb, MSInvoice, COR, Cytric Travel, IDWeb, and Eventions.
+ Experience as a Business Administrator managing multiple calendars.
+ Associates/Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or equivalent experience.
+ 5+ years experience as a Business Administrator, Senior Admin, or Executive Assistant.
Work Environment
This position is predominantly remote, with a requirement for local candidates to attend onsite meetings in Redmond, WA, typically one day per week. Candidates must be flexible to meet team needs. The standard working hours are Pacific Time Zone hours, 8-5, Monday through Friday. No overtime is expected, and standard equipment will be provided if necessary.

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $29.00/hr.
