    Slab Will Call Lead – Bilingual (Spanish/English)

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM, Saturday 9 AM–3 PM (40 hours/week, 5 days only)

    Type: Contract-to-Hire

    Are you a natural leader with a passion for customer service and a knack for organization? We’re looking for a Slab Will Call Lead to oversee a dynamic tile order desk and customer-facing environment. This is your chance to step into a pivotal role where you’ll lead a team, manage customer interactions, and ensure smooth operations across departments.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Lead the Slab Desk Will Call area, ensuring quality and efficiency across the team

    + Act as the escalation point for CSR staff and customers

    + Assist walk-in customers, answer calls, and respond to emails/faxes

    + Perform data entry for tile orders using internal systems and Excel

    + Collaborate with showroom, warehouse, and order desk teams

    + Deliver exceptional customer service and post-sale support

    • What You Bring:

    + 1+ year in a leadership or management role (retail experience welcome!)

    + Strong face-to-face customer service skills

    + High school diploma or GED

    + Proficiency in basic Excel and data entry

    + Bilingual in Spanish and English – a must!

    Nice to Have:

    + Experience with tile or construction materials

    + Familiarity with showroom or warehouse operations

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
