The Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences Department welcomes applications for a Postdoctoral Research Associate! The research focuses on understanding the changing impacts of the Madden-Julian Oscillation (MJO) on sea surface salinity and Indonesian Throughflow over the Indian and Pacific Oceans during recent decades.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
+ Analyses of observational datasets, ocean-atmosphere reanalysis products, and simulations from OGCM and high-resolution earth system models.
What You Should Know
This position is part-time and temporary starting November 2025 and ending February 2026.

The salary for this part-time position is $2,560 per month for a 24-hour work week.
