    Job Description:

    This job is responsible for defining and leading the engineering approach across end-to-end technology stacks. Key responsibilities include leading teams to deliver design solutions, engaging in development environments to identify and improve performance/capacity issues, and ensuring system design solutions comply with enterprise standards. Job expectations include demonstrating technical expertise within domains, decomposing objectives into work units, advancing efficient solution delivery practices, and promoting exceptional design, engineering and organizational practices.

    Responsibilities:

    + Ensures that execution aligns with product strategy by working with product management, product owners, and other stakeholders, contributing to the technology strategy for their technical domain

    + Mentors and guides Solution Engineer resources and more junior engineers on performance evaluation and validation methods and tools ensuring system design technology solutions comply with enterprise system design and engineering standards

    + Participates in solution-driven discussions, such as various Communities of Practice (COPs), contributes to the design of large or highly complex architectural designs, and finds creative solutions through their knowledge of the domain and operational constraints

    + Collaborates with Development and Infrastructure teams to understand technical solutions and provide the performance capabilities required in the application across the technology stacks provided by peer Engineering Leads

    + Develop solutions and automate reporting, processes and workflows in the Voice, Video and Virtual Events Space. Deals with most difficult or complex systems and generates new design ideas. Interfaces with business areas to ensure all initiatives support business strategies and goals. Primary liaison with vendors, consultants and Sr Tech Mgrs.

    + Interprets diverse business requirements into technical Collaboration and Productivity (CAP) solutions framework.

    + Works across multiple vendors and internal partners to produce technically excellent solutions architecture that is aligned to business needs and direction.

    + Provide impute to technical direction and frameworks to meet business needs. Provide expert consultation for major network initiatives or incidents. Produce and/or endorse network standards.

    + Provide guidance and recommendations specific to customer requirements.

    + Evaluate emerging technologies against business and IT strategic needs. Serve as a contributor on network initiatives. Update standards and guidelines as requested.

    + Review the feasibility of new and existing IT projects. Write technical and business documentation. Lead high level scoping and costing activities if required.

    Required Qualifications:

    + 5-7 years of applicable experience

    + Develop and maintain specific architecture blueprints and design standards (in an engineering repository)

    + Certify project teams’ compliance in accordance with the toll gate process entry and exit criteria

    + Develop testing strategy and technology certification plan and review results.

    + Network Monitoring & Application Performance management: Dynatrace, SolarWinds, Network Performance Monitor, NetFlow Traffic Analyzer, Network Configuration Manager, IP Address Manager, Wireshark, Crestron Fusion, Crestron XIO Cloud

    Desired Qualifications:

    + Operating Systems: Windows, MacOS, Linux/Unix, Ubuntu

    + Database: MS SQL, SQL, APEX ORACLE SQL

    + CDN Technologies: AWS, Azure , Enterprise CDN

    + Streaming Protocol: HLS, DASH, RTMP, RTSP, RTP, SRT,

    + Coding Multimedia Frameworks: FFMPEG

    + Encoding: MPEG, MPEG 4, H264, H265

    + Media transport over IP solutions: SMPTE, AIMS, PTP, ASPEN, TICO

    + Automation Testing: Python, Selenium testing, TestNG, Java, Node js, JSON, C#, C++, Webservice Keywords, OTT testing, Appium

    + Multi-Format Baseband/IP Video, Audio and Data Routing Systems.

    + Architecture and designer Multiview System and Video Routing base on Video over IP using COTS switches SDN.
