Overview:

We’re seeking a Junior Systems Administrator to join a dynamic IT team supporting a recently acquired software company. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a small-team environment and isn’t afraid to dive into the weeds. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining infrastructure, resolving tickets, and supporting a predominantly MacOS-based environment during a period of integration and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide day-to-day support for MacOS systems (95% of the environment)

+ Manage and maintain device management platforms such as Kandji and Jamf

+ Administer and support Google Workspace (G-Suite)

+ Assist with identity provider (IDP) integrations, especially Google and Kandji

+ Support AV equipment and on-site IT needs

+ Collaborate with team members to resolve tickets and document processes

+ Contribute to infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting

+ Work in an Azure environment and support Microsoft/Office 365 (as needed)

Required Skills:

+ Experience with MacOS system administration

+ Familiarity with Kandji and/or Jamf for device management

+ Proficiency with Google Workspace administration

+ Exposure to identity providers (IDPs)

+ Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills

+ Ability to work independently and learn from mistakes

Nice to Have:

+ Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure

+ Prior exposure to small IT teams or startup environments

+ AV support experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
