Responsibilities
+ Define and deliver cross-device experiences that integrate phone content and capabilities into Windows Shell surfaces like Start, Taskbar, and File Explorer.
+ Enable customer success and business growth by driving new feature value and experiences that have craft, quality, ease of use, and delight.
+ Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Research, Marketing, and Data Science to experiment and launch solutions that solve real customer needs.
+ Communicate feature requirements, value, impact clearly, and manage cross-organizational partnerships to ensure successful delivery.
+ Contribute to and drive artificial intelligence (AI) informed, data-driven, and customer product culture, modeling inclusivity and teamwork across teams.
+ Embody the Microsoft culture and values .
Qualifications
Required Qualifications** **:
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 3+ years of hands-on experience in user experience (UX)or user interface(UI) design and development.
**Other Requirements** :Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
+ **Microsoft Cloud Background Check** : This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications :
+ Experinece working with customer scenarios generating actionable insights through qualitative and quantitative data and experiments, and driving business growth through strategies and feature delivery.
+ Familiarity with AI tools for product management.
+ Proven ability to collaborate across teams and across levels of management, and ability to engage in a healthy team culture.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
