We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Integrated Marketing Communications Manager to support integrated marketing initiatives for Developer and Software Development Company audiences. This role will:
+ Orchestrate planning, communication, and execution of marketing plans.
+ Ensure alignment on priorities, reduce redundancy, and drive collective impact.
+ Develop and maintain shared plans and status updates to improve collaboration across teams.
The Integrated Marketing Communications Manager will partner closely with Product Marketing, Content Strategy, Engineering, Partner, Channel, and Regional teams to craft compelling customer journeys, amplify developer momentum, and maximize campaign success.

Responsibilities
+ Collaborate across Product Marketing Managers, Marketing Channel leads (web, social, paid media), integrated marketing leads, and content strategists to align on integrated marketing support.
+ Design and deliver digital-first, full-funnel campaigns (web, blog, social, partner) to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of key product milestones.
+ Develop and maintain shared planning documents, dashboards, and status trackers for transparency and alignment.
+ Formalize meeting rhythms, reporting cadences, and communication templates to streamline cross-team collaboration.
+ Create compelling internal communications and executive-ready presentations to highlight priorities, launch moments, and performance updates.
+ Track key metrics for product milestones, delivering insights and optimization recommendations.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience.
+ 3+ years of experience in large corporate environments or marketing/communications agencies with responsibilities in project management and internal communications.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
+ Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 2+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
