FastTrack for M365 is seeking a technically adept **Senior Product Manager** to lead incubations and experimentations focused on M365 Copilot, with the goal of influencing FastTrack’s strategy and roadmap to support agent-driven solutions for Microsoft 365 customers.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the advancement of FastTrack by championing Microsoft 365 Copilot scenarios, with a focus on driving incubation and experimentation. In this pivotal role, you will enable customers to unlock new scenarios and maximize the value of Microsoft 365 Copilot by leveraging insights and providing actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities
+ Identify and analyze unmet customer needs and market opportunities for Microsoft 365 Copilot using quantitative and qualitative methods.
+ Lead incubation initiatives across Microsoft 365 Copilot products, including Agents, Connectors, and Copilot Extensibility scenarios.
+ Transform successful incubation projects into scalable offerings by driving improvements to FastTrack benefits, processes, role readiness and tools.
+ Engage with technical, sales, engineering, field and marketing stakeholders to gather input and garner support for FastTrack’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
+ Create epics, features and user stories with a deep understanding of the product architecture to design integrated scenarios.
+ Measure performance metrics (OKRs and KPIs), monitor and report on progress (e.g., business reviews), and drive productive courses of action to improve product/feature development, iteration, and implementation.
+ Develop and present white papers, roadmaps and program status with clear, compelling communication tailored for technical and non-technical audiences across all organizational levels.
+ Leverage customer listening systems to develop and share insights on product performance and customer needs.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 4+years of experiencetaking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).
+ 4+years of experienceimproving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
+ 2+ years of experience leading technical product/program strategy, roadmap development, and execution in AI-driven products.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 8+years of experiencein product/service/program management or software development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 4+years of experiencedisrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product)
+ Self-starter with growth mindset; collaboration, problem-solving, persuasive storytelling, and relationship management skills to drive change in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
+ Experienced with M365 Copilot platform scenarios (e.g.:Copilot Chat,M365 Copilot&Agents)

Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
