    The Clinical AI Strategy Executive is a field-based role in the Healthcare & Life Sciences sales organization. This position is quota and commission-based and is assigned to specific accounts and/or territory. The Clinical AI Strategy Executive focuses on presale and post-sales activities to drive customer Copilot adoption/consumption in the SMC and Strategic and Majors markets. As a Healthcare Copilot expert, the Clinical AI Strategy Executive drives product adoption through a consultative approach by providing data insights, establishing partnerships with executive sponsors to drive change management, and optimizing frameworks for success for new or existing Copilot customers. This role requires collaboration with the Microsoft account team, Customer Success Organization, and other internal resources.

    Responsibilities

    + **Pre-Sales Expertise & Strategy:**  Act as the  **subject-matter expert**  for Dragon Copilot in pre-sales engagements. Support account teams with customer calls, demos, and deal strategy using product expertise and solution best practices to win new deployments.

    + **Implementation & Deployment Guidance:**  The specialist collaborates early (even during sales cycles) with Customer Success and services teams to plan deployments, assist with configuration/training strategy, and drive a smooth go-live of Dragon Copilot in the customer’s environment.

    + **Field Collabration & Feedback Loop:**  Continuously  **enable the field teams and inform the business** . The specialist provides regular updates to sales and account teams on new Dragon Copilot features, product roadmap developments, integration capabilities, and best practices (often via training sessions or “weekly enablement” meetings). At the same time, they act as the voice of the customer – capturing frontline feedback and competitive insights from engagements – and promptly share these with product engineering and marketing to influence feature roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.

    +   **Comprehensive Microsoft Healthcare Technology Knowledge & Strategic Collaboration:** The Dragon Copilot Specialist possesses in-depth knowledge of the entire Microsoft technology portfolio available for Healthcare and actively partners with account teams to develop tailored strategies. By understanding each customer’s unique requirements, the specialist helps design and implement solutions that deliver optimal outcomes, leveraging Microsoft’s capabilities to address specific challenges and drive transformation.

    Qualifications

    Required/minimum qualifications

    + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, Information Security, or related field AND 4+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management

    + OR equivalent experience.

    + 4+ years of working with healthcare systems with a proven ability to collaborate with executives at different levels.

    + 4+ years of experience with EMR platforms and provider/patient workflows.

    Additional or preferred qualifications

    + Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, Information Security, or related field AND 6+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management

    + OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management

    + OR equivalent experience.

    + 4+ years solution or services sales experience.

    + 3+ years in a consultative role throughout the customer lifecycle.

    + 3+ years of AI selling experience in healthcare cloud-based solutions.
