We are** **seeking** **a forward-thinking professional to join our team in driving AI-powered transformation across finance and operations. This role will focus on designing and implementing intelligent solutions that** **leverage** **AI agents to streamline end-to-end workflows -from intake and assessment to deployment and support. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to** **identify** **high-impact opportunities, prioritize investments, and deliver measurable outcomes. Experience with AI-assisted tools, automation strategies, and stakeholder engagement is essential, as we continue to scale innovation and enhance user experiences through responsible and strategic AI integration.

Technology Transformation Manager is a member of the Technology Transformation and Delivery Enablement team (TTDE) which sits in the wider FD&E function. The position will bridge cross-functional projects across TFD&E, Finance, Microsoft, and the industry collaborating to ensure optimal end-to-end solutions, driving simplification, and increasing productivity. This is a critical role as the team continues effectively respond to a changing business and regulatory environment with the use of technology, partner across teams to enable consistency in tools, processes, governance and look at future state technology to transform the organization.

This role follows a **hybrid work model** , requiring **on-site presence at our Redmond campus three days a week** .
Responsibilities
There are 3 focus areas within the team:
+ Adoption of new technologies: The Technology Transformation and Delivery Enablement team (TTDE) partners with stakeholders to drive innovative solutions, while maximizing the use of Microsoft and cutting-edge technology.
+ Business Excellence and Change Enablement: TTDE provides an integrated collection of best practices, program management tools, communication and listening channels, and reuse of proven solutions.
+ Cross-Company Strategic enablement: TDE links big picture strategy with day-to-day operations, driving simplification and increasing productivity.
Responsibilities:
+ Assist in the evaluation, design and continuous improvement of Finance processes and tools looking at opportunities for automation using the latest technology available.
+ Manage FD&E technology and process improvement projects with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness, while prioritizing security and compliance by design.
+ Passion for building the right capabilities for our business to deliver the best experience and business value, while thinking ahead and pro-actively implementing future state technology.
+ Effectively collaborates with both senior managers and working teams to position support and evangelize new initiatives aligned to FD&E and Technology strategy.
+ Demonstrate solid analytical, interpretive, and evaluative skills and be proficient in technology trends and tools.
+ Engage with FD&E subject matter experts, Frontier Finance, product teams, Microsoft stakeholders, the industry in learning and implementing emerging technologies, hence influencing the broader industry and the business by creating and seizing global opportunities.
+ Responsible for growing broad technology awareness and uptake of services through impactful storytelling and data-driven communication.
+ Project management and hands on experience developing roadmaps, priorities, features, writing user stories, refining product backlogs, coordinating and prioritizing conflicting requirements in a fast-paced, changing environment with variety of global stakeholders.
+ Staying abreast of technology trends and leverages knowledge in contributing to product solutions.
+ Travel of 0-25% possible.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
+ 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ 1+ year(s) of experience in technical program management, engineering, or data analytics.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
+ 4+ year of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
+ Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI/ML tools.
+ Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling, visualization, and reporting (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Python).
+ Proven ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.
Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
