    Reports to: Director of Residential Services

     

    Job Status: Non-Exempt / Hourly

     

    Schedule: 20-25 hours per week (flexible schedule - exact hours to be discussed)

     

    Compensation: up to 27.261 per hour

    Job Duties Include:

    + Maintaining a 7-bed scattered site supportive living program

    + Serving as point of contact for escalated client issues, resolving conflicts, and providing solutions

    + Maintaining all clinical treatment and documentation

    + Providing clients with education and resources regarding housing rights, tenancy issues, and rental assistance

    + Conducting intakes and assessments

    + Running group meetings in outpatient setting

    + Other duties as assigned

    Requirements

    + CASAC/CASAC-T or other QHP required.

    + Minimum of 3 years of experience in Substance Use Disorder or related field.

    + Degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
