    Work you'll do

    As a Project Delivery Specialist - Lead Data Migration Developer in the GPS HST Technology group, you will:

    + Develop and implement comprehensive data migration strategies, plans, and methodologies (including mapping, cleansing, enrichment, validation, and reconciliation).

    + Design, develop, and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and other relevant tools to move data from source to target systems

    + Mentor junior team members and oversee the technical direction of a team.

    + Utilize business applications and translating business needs into technical solutions.

    + Support and/or lead workstreams on engagements related, but not limited, to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations and Software Application Development & Maintenance

    Required Qualifications:

    + 7 + years' experience with data migration, data integration and data management

    + 4+ years of experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for building and orchestrating data pipelines

    + 4+ years experience with SQL Server and T-SQL for database management and querying

    + Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including data models, entities, and data management tools

    + Must be located in Seattle or Bellevue, WA

    + Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

    + Bachelor's degree

    + Ability to travel 0 - 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Familiarity with other Azure data services (e.g., Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, Dataverse).

    + Experience with other programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is beneficial.

     

    The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,900 to $179,900.

     

    You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
