DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating living area operations at the center and the delivery of required services. Your work will involve implementing established procedures and practices, assigning work, reviewing written work, and evaluating work performance. You will assist in the development, implementation, and revision of Individual Support Plans by working with the Residential Services Aides. Some of your duties will include reviewing sign-in sheets, assisting in emergency situations, and representing management by recommending disciplinary actions. Additionally, you will request supplies and equipment, as well as complete incident reports.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
+ Full-time employment
+ Work hours are 1:45 PM to 10:15 PM, rotating days off, with a 30-minute lunch.
+ Travel and overtime as needed
+ Free parking!
+ Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
+ Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
+ Two years as a Residential Services Aide (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
+ Two years of paid experience performing direct care and habilitative program services for individuals with a developmental disability; or
+ An equivalent combination of experience and training.
