What will you do in this role?

This outstanding opportunity enables you to build the future of lab informatics and drive outstanding results!

Lead and guide a team of data analysts dedicated to cultivating advanced analytics tools for GMP, GCL, VSD, and BioA labs.

Ensure flawless implementation of informatics solutions that streamline lab operations and improve data accuracy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and develop tailored solutions.

Coordinate the integration of new technologies and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring achievements are reached on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

Education requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification

_In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role._

Experience requirements:

Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 8+ years).

2+ years of management responsibility.

Experience with Spotfire, PowerBI, SQL, Python and R is required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Broad knowledge of operations and application of technology in a laboratory environment.

In-depth understanding of laboratory information management systems, electronic notebook systems, software development tools, and current knowledge management technologies.

Proven ability to apply systematic approach to data and system requests and critically evaluate and design data management processes.

Advanced leadership skills including ability to mentor and develop staff.

Effectively lead and develop management staff.

Client focused, solution-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.

Ability to understand individual staff abilities and assign work appropriately.

Ability to exercise independent judgment and decision making.

Strong project and time management skills.
