The incumbent supports the department’s Records and Information Management (RIM) program by coordinating planning efforts, evaluating processes, and ensuring consistent implementation across the agency. Responsibilities include providing training and guidance to staff, assisting with record classification, and promoting agency initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. This role also contributes to the integration of records and information management practices within the agency’s broader data governance framework and monitors program activities to support continuous improvement.
