    Job Description

    Join AECOM’s dynamic Transportation team in Atlanta and help shape the future of mobility through innovative roadway design and project delivery. As a **Roadway Project Manager** , you’ll lead multidisciplinary teams on impactful infrastructure projects that enhance connectivity, safety, and sustainability across GeorgiaThis position offers a hybrid work option.

    The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

    + Managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and change management.

    + Managing projects that involve a combination of the following: quantities/cost estimation, roadway geometrics, staging, drainage, modeling, signing and marking, right-of-way, and erosion and sedimentation control.

    + Providing technical oversight, support, and training to engineers

    + Following internal quality control processes

    + People management, such as mentoring and supervising lead engineers and junior engineers to support their technical growth and career development

    + Fostering technical excellence across the business line by sharing expertise, promoting best practices, and supporting continuous learning

    Qualifications

    Minimum :

    + Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related discipline and 2 years of related roadway project management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

    + Georgia PE License

    Preferred:

    + 10 years of experience designing & managing roadway projects

    + Experience designing & managing Georgia roadway projects

    + Experience and training with GDOT Plan Development Process

    Additional Information

    + Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position.

    + Relocation is not an option for this position

     

    Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $105000 to $135000.
