Position Description:
Performs responsible and complex duties associated with a specialized function of a section of clerical employees. A thorough knowledge of policies, procedures, and methods for the area of responsibility is required. Initiative and independent judgments are frequently exercised in formulating procedures or methods, and in program coordination. Work is performed under general supervision within University policies and procedures. Job performance is based upon overall operation effectiveness.

Major/Essential Functions:
+ Manage front desk reception area for the department.
+ Answer all incoming phone calls for the department.
+ Assist any students or visitors that come into the main office of the department.
+ Processes all printing of exams for the department.
+ Processes all key requests for the department.
+ Manages departments fleet of 8 vehicles this includes processing all maintenance logs, reconciling monthly credit card charges for vehicles, and all check in/out procedures.
+ Handles all sorting and receiving of department mail and incoming deliveries.

Proficiency in written and mathematical processes as may be reflected by the completion of high school or the equivalent. Two years progressively responsible clerical experience. Additional education and/or related experience to equal two years may substitute on a year for year basis.
