The Test Operator is responsible for providing testing support to the manufacturing operations and communicating resuts to our internal customers.

Requirements

What you’ll do:

+ Set-up and configure equipment.

+ Operate Functional Tester or operate HP ATE Tester.

+ Data collection/filing and interpreting test results.

+ Communicate with internal customers.

+ Keep area neat, organized and FOD free.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need:

+ Displays critical thinking and analysis.

+ Intermediate mathematical skills.

+ Self-motivation, problem solving, team spirit and a “hands on” mentality.

+ Ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing accuracy or quality.

+ Strong attention to detail, organization, and thoroughness with the ability to multi-task and learn quickly.

+ Excellent internal and external interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.

+ Proficiency in computer systems including Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc), Office, and Outlook

+ Demonstrated ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions.

+ Basic familiarity with computer including DOS/Windows 95, Menu bar, Dialogue Area.

+ Ability to use DVM for resistance, voltage and current readings.

Education and/or Experience

+ High School Diploma, GED or the equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

+ Tester Level I Certificate

+ Previous Test Operator experience
