Workday Time Tracking & Absence, Consulting Manager
The Role
As a **Workday Time Tracking & Absence, Consulting Manager** , you will make an impact by leading strategic Workday implementations and helping clients optimize their workforce management processes. You will be a valued member of the Enterprise Process – Human Capital Management team and work collaboratively with clients, project stakeholders, and Cognizant delivery teams to deliver transformative solutions.
In this role, you will:
1. Lead and manage one or more project workstreams, ensuring deliverables are met within budget and timeline.
2. Partner with clients to solve core business challenges using Workday Time Tracking and Absence solutions.
3. Elevate Cognizant’s position from solution vendor to trusted transformation partner.
4. Drive client engagement by aligning business challenges with Cognizant’s strategic solutions.
5. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development through thought leadership and internal collaboration.
What you need to be considered
1. 10+ years of experience in technology, consulting, or professional services, with a focus on Workday.
2. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or technical discipline.
3. Workday Time Tracking or Absence Certification.
4. Proven experience implementing Workday configurations for clients of varying complexity.
5. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

2. Experience in gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing Workday solutions.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $110,000- $129,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
