    We’re hiring an Account Manager – Specialty Chemical (Home and Personal Care) OH/East Coast.

     

    Are you a connector, a problem-solver, and a closer with a passion for science-backed innovation? Verdant Specialty Solutions is growing fast in the Home & Personal Care (HPC) market, and we’re looking for a sales professional who can turn chemistry into customer success. This position can be based out of Ohio or on the East Coast.

    What you’ll do:

    + Grow the business: Identify, develop, and secure new opportunities with Tier 1 and Tier 2 operators and service companies.

    + Own your accounts: Strengthen and expand relationships with existing clients, becoming their go-to partner for specialty chemical solutions.

    + Bring expertise to the table: Provide technical and commercial answers to complex production, completion, and drilling challenges.

    + Stay ahead of the curve: Track market trends, competitors, and regulations to keep our solutions leading edge.

    + Be the face of the company: Represent us at industry events, customer meetings, and field trials—showing how we deliver value.

    + Deliver results: Report sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance metrics with precision and impact.

    Requirements

    What we’re looking for:

    + 5+ years of specialty chemical sales to the home and personal care industry

    + Proven success identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities

    + STEM degree (Petrochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, etc.)

    + Ready to travel ~40% and build lasting client relationships

    + Self-motivated, data-driven, and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
