    AtLP Gas Commission, our mission is to promulgate and enforce rules that will allow for the safest possible distribution, handling and usage of liquefied petroleum gas and anhydrous ammonia necessary for the protection, safety, and security of the public.

     

    We’re looking for anAdministrative Coordinator 3to serve as the first point of contact at the agency, creating a welcoming environment for Dealers and visitors and providing administrative support that keeps our front office running smoothly.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Two years of experience in administrative services.

    EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:

    Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

    Job Duties and Other Information

    Job Duties:

    As an Administrative Coordinator, you'll help create a positive first impression for every person who walks through our doors. In this role, you will:

     

    •Greet Dealers, visitors, and staff with kindness and professionalism

    •Check in Dealers, verify their information, and assist with completing any necessary paperwork

    •Answer incoming calls, route messages, and provide general information about LP Gas services

    •Coordinate and update appointments using our scheduling system to keep things running smoothly

    •Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area to ensure a welcoming environment

    •Support the LP Gas team with everyday office tasks like data entry, filing, mail distribution, and general administrative support

    Position-Specific Details:

    Appointment Type: Probational, Promotional, or Job Appointment

     

    Career Progression: This position participates in a Career Progression Group.

     

    Work Schedule:Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday.

     

    Compensation:The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience. The bi-weekly rate for this position is as follows:

     

    Administrative Coordinator 3 (AS609) - $1,101.60
