    Job Skills / Requirements

    Role:

    Oversees all security, administrative, and supervisory functions at assigned client sites. Ensures high-quality service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Must have or obtain a valid Alabama Security Regulatory Board License

    + Must possess a valid pistol permit

    + Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license

    + Minimum of 5 + years verifiable Supervisory experience in military, law enforcement, corrections, or licensed private security

    + Minimum 4+ Years verifiable Private Security Experience

    + Minimum 3+ Years verifiable Corrections, Military or Law Enforcement Experience

    + Must be able to pass a Behavioral Assessment

    + Must be able to pass a Physical Fitness Test (Navy Standards)

    + Must be able to pass a Background Investigation

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    Security Operations Management

     

    + Supervise daily site operations

    + Ensure SOPs and post orders are followed

    + Respond to escalated incidents and emergencies

     

    Client & Employee Relations

     

    + Build and maintain client relationships

    + Communicate regularly with clients

    + Coordinate support services to meet goals

     

    Administrative Oversight

     

    + Ensure reporting and contract compliance

    + Use WinTeam for scheduling, billing, and reporting

    + Maintain client workforce portal

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    Staff Management

     

    + Hire, train, coach, and support officers and supervisors

    + Conduct evaluations and manage disciplinary actions

    + Resolve grievances and maintain personnel records

     

    Training & Development

     

    + Conduct site-specific and refresher training

    + Develop staff in technical and professional skills

    Required Skills & Abilities:

    Minimum

     

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex situations

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    + Ability to work independently and in teams

     

    Preferred

     

    + Experience with payroll, billing, and scheduling

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WinTeam

    Minimum Physical Requirements:

    + Stand/sit for at least 1 hour without a break

    + Walk ½ mile without stopping

    + Climb 20 stairs without stopping

    Education:

    Minimum

     

    + Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher
