    Salary: $24 / Hour

     
     

    Are you driven to help students thrive in a supportive, structured environment? As a school-based Behavior Technician, you’ll play a key role in empowering children with special needs—providing hands-on guidance, consistency, and encouragement throughout their school day.

     

    Whether you're reinforcing positive behaviors, assisting with daily routines, or collaborating with educators and behavioral specialists, your presence helps shape a safe and inclusive learning space. If you're dependable, patient, and have 1–2 years of ABA experience, we’d love to connect with you.

     
     

    + Pay Range: $24–$27/hour (based on experience)

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

     
     

    + Provide direct support to students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom settings

    + Implement and assist with individualized learning and behavior plans

    + Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists

    + Foster a calm, consistent, and inclusive classroom environment

    + Reinforce positive behaviors and support social-emotional growth

     
     

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + 1–2 years of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) experience

    + 1–2 years of pediatric experience (preferred)

    + Must be at least 18 years of age

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
