    Contract Details:

    Shift/Schedule: 7p-7a | 36hrs / wk

     

    Contract: 13 weeks (extension options)

    Pay Breakdown:

    Travel:

    + $2,146/week

    + $25/hr Base Pay

    + $75/hr OT!

    + $1246 Stipend

     

    Local: $45/hr

     

    EstimatedStart Date: 11/17 or 11/24

     

    PatientRatios: 5:2.196 admits/day

     

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

     

    + Provide rapid assessment, triage, and treatment to patients with acute illnesses or injuries in a fast-paced emergency department setting.

    + Administer medications, perform procedures, and monitor patient responses in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.

    + Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure timely and effective patient care.

    + Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including vital signs, interventions, and outcomes, using electronic health record systems.

    + Educate patients and families on discharge instructions, follow-up care, and health maintenance strategies.

    + Respond to critical situations with calm and efficiency, demonstrating strong clinical judgment and adherence to emergency protocols.

    Requirements:

    + Valid NC RN license

    + 2 years of recent experience in a Med Surg Setting

    + BLS , NIHSS , CPI-B, ACLS , NRP , PALS , ASLS
