    Salary: $23 / Hour

     

    Amergis is Now Hiring Behavioral Therapists (Applied Behavioral Analysis): 2025 - 2026 School Year

     

    Locations: Hawthorne USD, Compton USD, Torrance USD, and more

     

    Pay: $22 - $25/hour (based on experience)

     

    Schedule: Full-Time or Per Diem, Monday–Friday, during school hours

    Your Role:

    + Implement 1:1 behavioral support services using ABA principles

    + Support students' academic and social goals under the supervision of educational and clinical teams

    + Monitor student behavior, assist with goal tracking, and support IEP teams

    + Foster a consistent and respectful learning environment

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum of 6 months of ABA experience

    + High school diploma or GED

    + CPR and TB clearance required (we'll assist with onboarding)

    + Must meet all state, federal, and district requirements
