    Salary: $945 / Week

     
     

    Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a part-time Teacher/Tutor to support two high school students enrolled in online credit recovery programs. These students are working toward completing a few remaining credits to earn their diplomas, and we’re looking for someone who can guide and oversee their academic progress.

     

    This is a great opportunity for educators or tutors looking for flexible, part-time work with a meaningful impact!

     
     

    + Location Options:

    + In-Person: Westford, MA

    + Remote: One student will be supported virtually

    + Start Date: ASAP

    + Schedule: Flexible, approx. 10–15 hours/week

    + Hours: A few hours per day, based on student needs

    + Pay Rate: Up to $25/hour

     
     

    + Oversee and assist students with online coursework

    + Provide academic support across high school subjects

    + Monitor progress and ensure students stay on track

    + Communicate with students and staff to support learning goals

    + Encourage motivation and accountability in a virtual or in-person setting

    ? Requirements

    + Strong competency in high school-level academics

    + Experience as a teacher or tutor in a secondary education setting

    + Ability to work independently and manage student engagement

    + Comfortable with online learning platforms and virtual instruction

    + Reliable, organized, and supportive

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred

    Minimum Requirements:

    + High School diploma or equivalent required

    + Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice

    + Current CPR if applicable

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

    + Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
