As an Advanced Mfg Eng Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will oversee and manage advanced manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and productivity. Key Responsibilities

+ Oversee and manage advanced manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity

+ Implement advanced manufacturing technologies and processes to optimize production

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance

+ Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement manufacturing strategies

+ Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets

+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

+ Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

+ Provide leadership and guidance to a team of manufacturing professionals

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics

+ Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles

+ Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing

WE VALUE

+ Advanced degrees in Engineering such as EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering)

+ Experience with data analysis and statistical process control

+ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
