    This is a rewardingopportunity for professionals with ABA experience who thrive in 1:1 settingsand are committed to supporting students with behavioral and developmentalneeds.

     
     

    + Location: Hopkinton, MA

    + Start Date: ASAP

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:55 AM – 2:25 PM

    + Duration: Full 2025–2026 School Year

    + Pay Rate: Up to $28/hour (based on experience)

     
     

    + Provide 1:1 ABA-based support to elementary students

    + Implement individualized behavior support plans

    + Assist with academic activities and classroom routines

    + Collect and record behavioral and academic data

    + Support students with ASD, developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges

    + Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure consistency in behavior strategies

    ? Requirements

    + Minimum 1 year of direct experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

    + Solid understanding of ABA principles, including reinforcement, prompting, and behavior shaping

    + Experience with data collection, behavior tracking, and behavior management

    + Ability to implement behavior support plans with fidelity

    + Patience, flexibility, and a calm demeanor in high-needs environments

    + Comfortable working in 1:1 settings with students exhibiting behaviors such as aggression, eloping, flopping, or self-injury

    Minimum Requirements:

    + High School diploma or equivalent required

    + Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred

    + Current CPR if applicable

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

    + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
