In this role, you will impact the quality and compliance of our aerospace products, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and contribute to the safety and reliability of aviation systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Assemble TSO / STC packages by gathering documents and drawings, and reviewing data for consistency.

+ Prepare cover letters and post-process packages following approval.

+ Maintain a log of FAA communication and generate the quarterly FAA minor change report.

+ Maintain hardcopy records and perform product and test setup inspections as an ODA Unit Member.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ 5+ years of experience in avionics engineering support, including the ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.

+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field; in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 3 additional years of experience in avionics engineering support.

+ Must be a US citizen or permanent resident due to export control and ITAR restrictions.

WE VALUE

+ Technical knowledge and experience with Aerospace avionics products preferred.

+ Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

+ Self-motivated and able to simultaneously manage multiple time-sensitive tasks.

+ Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

+ Assertive self-starter who is not hesitant to ask questions and interact confidently with others; demonstrates a strong level of initiative.

+ Possesses a positive attitude and professional image.

+ Ability to work under pressure due to short deadlines and to work well with other department members.

+ Good organizational and task management/problem-solving skills.

+ Existing delegation as DER, DAR, EUM, or IUM is a plus.
