    Position Overview** **:

    The Senior Software Developer (Mobile) at 180 Medical plays a key role in designing and developing high-quality native mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. Working closely with teams in the US and UK, this position helps deliver secure, reliable, and user-friendly mobile solutions that support our business goals. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer who enjoys collaborating across disciplines, solving complex challenges, and bringing innovative ideas to life. This role offers the opportunity to lead technical efforts, influence mobile strategy, and ensure that every product meets the highest standards of performance, usability, and compliance.

    Key Responsibilitie** **s:

    + Design, develop, and maintain advanced native mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including backend, design, and hardware—to define, design, and deliver new features.

    + Optimize application performance, memory usage, and battery efficiency through code analysis and refinement.

    + Ensure compatibility across multiple operating system versions, devices, and screen sizes.

    + Integrate mobile applications with hardware components such as sensors, cameras, BLE peripherals, and NFC.

    + Manage background processes and work with system-level APIs for both iOS and Android.

    + Utilize Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated build and deployment workflows.

    + Oversee app store submissions and manage application lifecycles on Apple App Store and Google Play Store, including testing and production rollouts.

    + Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues using platform-specific tools and diagnostics.

    + Implement mobile security best practices, including secure storage, authentication, and data protection.

    + Maintain thorough technical documentation and participate in peer code reviews.

    + Stay current with emerging mobile technologies, frameworks, and development best practices.

    Qualifications/Education** **:

    + 5+ years of professional experience in native mobile application development (iOS and/or Android).

    + Proven track record in full mobile development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.

    + Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and SQL.

    + Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including pipelines, CI/CD, and release management.

    + Deep understanding of mobile app security principles, including secure data storage, authentication, and compliance.

    + Familiarity with RESTful APIs, mobile testing frameworks, and debugging tools.

    + Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across global teams.

    + Strong communication skills and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all deliverables.

    + Bonus: Experience with hybrid frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, or Ionic.
