    **Required Skills** :

    + Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing or similar environment.

    + Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

    + Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, circuits, and safety protocols.

    + Experience with troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical equipment.

    + Ability to use diagnostic tools and keep detailed records of work performed.

    + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    **Nice to Have Skills** :

    + Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

    + Experience with industrial automation systems.

    + Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.

    + Ability to train and mentor junior electricians.

    **Preferred Education and Experience** :

    + High school diploma or equivalent, with technical certification in electrical systems or a related field preferred.

    + Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an industrial electrical role.
