We are currently recruiting for this position, which offers a salary range of $90,000 to $115,000.

This position qualifies for participation in our annual employee bonus program.

Who you are:

You excel at analyzing and developing software and business applications, with a proven ability to effectively prioritize feature backlogs. Your expertise includes deep knowledge of application integration and API development.

Your communication skills enable you to convey complex ideas clearly to leadership, product managers, and technology teams. You thrive in fast-paced environments and consistently balance competing priorities.

You hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or possess equivalent experience. With at least ten years of experience in enterprise application analysis and design, you have served as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, demonstrating a strong grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and holding Scaled Agile Framework certification.

What you will do:

As a Product Owner, you will design and develop enterprise solutions based on business specifications, as well as translate business requirements into detailed User Stories and corresponding Acceptance Criteria.

You will work toward a broad functional and basic technical understanding of the overall customer applications landscape and develop deep knowledge in specific areas such as: identifier tracking systems (Data Hub, Unique Identifier Issuance System), access Control systems, reference data maintenance systems, and others.

Here are a few more details about the role (other duties may be assigned):

+ Collaborating with Product Management and Business Process Owners/Stakeholders to:

+ analyze and design requirements

+ capture and refine feature and story definition to meet the business need

+ provide needed clarity to development teams on product purpose, vision, requirements, and priorities

+ Communicate solutions, designs, and processes with the Agile Release Train Feature Team

+ Represent the Feature team's point of view in cross-team meetings and pull in team members as needed to support and clarify discussions

+ Review test plans vs Story or Feature acceptance criteria

+ When appropriate relative to your team’s scope of delivery within a release, take point on release checkpoint and triage meetings for the entire release

+ Working with contractors across time zones, staffed within Feature team

+ When needed, define requirements and review test plans for integrating feature team’s work with that of an external contractor team

+ Work within the Scaled Agile Framework – Product Owners

+ Work closely within the technology team to shape the technical landscape of the assigned application processes and technology

+ Identify and manage risks with timely reporting and escalation of such risks and issues

+ Support and Maintenance

+ Monitor open support tickets for ART Feature teams and follow up to ensure their resolution

+ As needed, perform or lead level 3 production support for high priority issues with the assigned applications

+ Proactively document solutions, processes, designs and lessons learned to facilitate offloading repeated support requests

+ Incorporate learnings into future design considerations
