    CNA Day Shift Responsibilities

    + Provide daily hands-on care: bathing, dressing, grooming, repositioning, feeding, and more

    + Interact positively with residents, families, and team members

    + Observe and immediately report changes in resident health to the supervising nurse

    + Record food/fluid intake and daily activities accurately

    + Maintain clean, comfortable, and safe resident environments

    + Promote dignity, safety, and respect in all interactions

    + Transport residents within the facility as needed

    + Support nurses and peers as a vital team member

    + Adhere to all facility, state, and federal policies and procedures

    + Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident rights

    Requirements

    + Current, valid CNA certification in Ohio

    + CPR and First Aid certifications preferred

    + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    + Strong teamwork and adaptability

    + Alert problem-solving and attention to detail

    + Physical stamina for an active day shift role

    + Experience in healthcare settings preferred
